In 2007-2008 Northcliffe carried out a major building project at McCarthy Catholic College.

Northcliffe completed, what was a particularly awkward and difficult project, on time and in line with their budget estimate. They completed the works in a tradesman like manner and to the requested level of finishes.

We note that they also exhibited a positive attitude to the cumbersome attention to detail required by the statutory requirements of the building process. In particular their continuous on site record keeping was excellent.

During the construction Northcliffe always attended to any concerns we had and nothing was too much trouble.

The site was well organised, with minimal disruption to cemetery operations. Good communication was maintained throughout construction through regular site meetings.
